Does the 1-device plan have fewer channels?
No. Every plan carries the identical channel line-up and features. The only difference between Silver, Gold and Diamond is how many screens can watch at the same time.
Who is the single-device plan best for?
Anyone who watches on one TV at a time — a solo household, a student room, a second home, or a bedroom setup. If two rooms watch simultaneously, the 2-device Gold plan fits better.
Can I upgrade later if I need more screens?
Yes — you can move up to Gold (2 screens) or Diamond (3 screens) at any time; we simply adjust your line and the difference in price.
Can I still watch on my phone as well as the TV?
You can install the app on as many devices as you like; the plan limits how many stream at the same moment. On Silver that is one at a time, so TV then phone is fine, but not both at once.
