DMCA & content complaints
IPTV Nordisk respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid notices. If you believe content accessible through this website infringes rights you own or represent, use the process below and we will review it promptly.
How to submit a notice
Email support@iptv-nordisk.eu with the subject line “DMCA notice” and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on iptv-nordisk.eu where the material appears.
- Your name, organisation and contact details (email and postal address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
- We acknowledge receipt, normally within 2 business days.
- We review the notice; incomplete notices are returned with what's missing.
- Where a notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the identified material promptly.
- We keep a record of valid notices and actions taken.
Counter-notices
If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the material's location, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief, and your signature.
Abuse of process
Knowingly submitting false claims may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please make sure a notice is accurate before sending it.
