How to set up IPTV on Enigma2 (Vu+, Zgemma, Dreambox)

Enigma2 boxes — Vu+, Zgemma, Dreambox, GigaBlue and similar Linux receivers — don’t have a single built-in IPTV app. Instead you load your channels as a bouquet so they show up in the normal channel list, right alongside satellite or cable, with a full EPG. The easiest way is a free PC tool called IPTV Bouquet Maker; there’s also a plugin method. Here’s both.

Before you start
- Your Enigma2 box and your PC on the same network (Ethernet recommended on the box).
- The box’s IP address — find it under Menu → Information → Network.
- Your subscription as an Xtream Codes login or M3U URL — we provide this.
Option 1 — IPTV Bouquet Maker (easiest)
- On a Windows PC, download and open the free IPTV Bouquet Maker app.
- Enter your box’s IP address (and root login if asked — on most images the user is
rootwith no password). - Paste your Xtream Codes details or M3U URL, then choose the channel groups you want.
- Click Upload / Send to box. The tool builds the bouquets and pushes them over your network.
- On the box, press the channel-list button — your IPTV bouquets are now there.
Option 2 — E2m3u2bouquet plugin
If you prefer to do it on the box itself, install the E2m3u2bouquet plugin from your image’s feed or via IPK. It converts your M3U/Xtream login into bouquets directly on the receiver and can auto-update. It’s more technical, so most people find the PC tool above simpler.

Troubleshooting
- Can’t reach the box: re-check the IP address and that both devices are on the same network.
- No channels after upload: reboot the GUI (Menu → Standby/Restart → Restart GUI) and re-open the channel list.
- No guide: run the EPG import again, then let it finish before browsing.
